Under Admin › Security and access › IP addresses you see how many accounts were created and signed in from each address. Block an address permanently or for a number of hours; admins and staff are never blocked.
The IP Abuse Monitor extension watches for many accounts from one address in a day, week or month, emails you, and can block the address automatically. The Security extension adds an email and email-domain blacklist, single active session and idle sign-out.
