Your links are useful beyond your own website. Bloggers, coaching institutes, community pages and app developers would happily show them — and every one of them can send visitors back to you. WAGroups ships with two extensions for exactly that.
The embed widget
Install Embed Widget and open /widget on your site. The builder lets a partner choose a category, type or tag, the number of links and a light or dark look, and gives them a short iframe snippet to paste. The list updates by itself as you approve new links, and every click goes through your link page.
Ideas for partners:
- an exam-preparation blog showing your study groups;
- a city news site showing local business chats;
- a cricket fan page showing match-day groups.
The public API
Install Public API for a JSON API at /api/v1. Create keys under Admin › API keys with read and/or submit permission and a rate limit per key. The documentation page at /developers shows every endpoint with examples.
Developers can build a Telegram bot that searches your directory, a mobile app for one niche, or a form on their own site that submits straight into your review queue.
Keep control
- Keys are stored hashed and can be revoked at any time.
- Submissions through the API follow the same rules and moderation as the website.
- You can allow members to create their own read-only keys, or keep API access admin-only.
Start with one or two partners you know, share the widget snippet with them, and watch the referrals in Visitors History.
