WAGroups covers what most directories need, but every business is different. Maybe you want a city-wise directory with local landing pages, a membership plan, an integration with your CRM, or a completely new design. Pepplo Web Technologies builds these on top of WAGroups. Here is how a project runs.
1. Tell us what you need
Open a ticket in the Sales department. Describe the goal rather than the solution: "members should pay ₹99 a month to submit unlimited links" is more useful than "add a payment page". Screenshots of sites you like help too.
2. Written scope and quote
We reply with a short document: what will be built, what will not, how it will look, the price and the timeline. Nothing starts until you agree.
3. Built as an extension
Wherever possible, custom work is delivered as a WAGroups extension rather than edits to core files. That means you keep receiving WAGroups updates, and the custom feature can be switched off or removed cleanly.
4. Test on a copy
We build and demonstrate on a staging copy, for example a sub-domain of your site. You test it with real data before anything touches the live directory.
5. Go live and support
After your approval we install it on the live site, hand over notes on how it works, and support it like the rest of WAGroups.
