Countries and languages are built in. Members pick them when they submit a link, and visitors can filter by them. Every country has its own page, which helps you rank for searches such as "WhatsApp groups in Kenya".
Tip: write two or three helpful sentences of page text for your main categories. Category pages are often the first pages search engines show.
