An address such as support@your-domain looks more trustworthy than a free mailbox and is less likely to land in spam. Create it in your hosting control panel under Email Accounts.
Use that mailbox's SMTP details in WAGroups › Notification settings › Email setup, and add the SPF and DKIM records your host recommends so that emails are delivered reliably.
