You can cancel a subscription from the license page in your client area — at the end of the current period or straight away. Cancelling at the end of the period keeps the license working until the due date.
Because WAGroups is downloadable software, refunds are handled as described in our terms of use. If something does not work as described, open a ticket first: in most cases we can fix it for you quickly.
